Joni and his team work to a high standard. Elite serviced the rain gutters on our purchased-a-year-ago house. The gutters were flushed and rusted leaking sections were replaced. Ours is a 108 years old two story craftsman home so this was not the simplest job to do from a do-no-harm preservation perspective but it sure needed doing. Joni and Elite did a great job. Also, Joni installed a security camera for us. My wife and I are very happy with the results.. Note: We first became aware of Elite seeing the painting project at our neighbors house across the street. Elite’s prep work was to a rare standard, they were relentless with the prep. And fast forward a bit.. Since, the neighbors on either side of that house decided to get their houses painted by Elite. In working with several trades on our house now.. others being survey, roof work, electrical, and plumbing.. Yoni did an amazing job! I used to have a lot of stucco issues and leaks, but now everything is fixed. The back wall looks amazing with a high-quality finish.

We hired Yoni to come help us fix some drawers and cabinets in our kitchen, re-tile part of our bathroom sink, and paint the ceiling and baseboards in our bathroom. Yoni took time to listen to what we needed done and took his time to do each project with excellence. He went out of his way to reinforce the cabinet drawers we had so they wouldn’t fall out and break. Yoni is a very kind man who is also very trustworthy. We plan on hiring him again for future projects and we are already recommending him to our friends.

My 1926 house had what I thought was failing stucco, cracks in some exterior walls and peeling paint on the windowsills. Yoni identified the flaking stucco problem as a bad repair job that used the wrong material and just took a long time to reveal itself. After discussing how to approach the job I opted to repair the walls and repaint the entire front of the house, including the metal railing. I could not be happier with the results. Yoni and his team did a thorough job of prepping the surface: scraping and sanding all the flaking areas, filling the cracks and addressing seams with adjacent houses and sanding all the metal work including my railing and gate. As much as I appreciated the time he took preparing the surface, I really looked forward to the finish work and was not disappointed. I wanted to add more color in a brighter motif, and Yoni went through several rounds of samples before I got what I wanted. I was pleased to learn of available new paint technology that was easier to maintain and keep clean than before. I was especially happy with the enamel used for the metal parts. Best of all, Yoni suggested painting details that gave the exterior the visually interesting appearance I was looking for. The overall effect was more than a re-paint, it was a visual transformation. Yoni was very easy to work with, the materials were first rate and I am very happy with the results.

Joni communicated with us throughout the whole project which was full exterior painting of our home in SF. We also needed the entryway & gate prepped & painted. Joni and his team get our highest recommendation! We chose Joni because he still believes in a full primer coat followed by 2 coats of paint (instead of spot priming followed by 2 coats) and because his team could handle all the little repairs that were also necessary (replacing a rusted gutter, cleaning gutters, replacing shingles, fixing a stair railing). The work exceeded our expectations. The prep work was meticulous, and they took their time with the painting, making sure to only paint when conditions were right (a big concern since we live in a foggy neighborhood of SF) and to give the primer and paint plenty of time to dry between coats. I'm sure it's this attention to detail that enables him to give a 5 year warranty...this is a paint job that will last. He's extremely responsive to questions and concerns, and very easy to work with. Our house has never looked better and we were very very happy with the price. We've already recommended him to our neighbors and we would definitely use him again!

I highly recommend A&J Elite painting. They did a number of jobs for me including whole house painting, exterior door and patio slider installation and interior door painting. The work was done to expectation and completed on time. The crew did a good clean up after each project and I’m very happy with the results. All the work was fairly priced and I would not hesitate to use their services again.
